General speaking, so far there are two ways to make theftproof cap.

One is through cap mould which have temper evident insert to modling the evident ring.This way means after injection process, the cap could be assembled with bottle directly.

Another way is using cap slitting machine to slit the cap temper evident ring. We will communicate with cap slitting machine company about the cap temper evident ring we need.

And they will custom the knife to slit the cap. In this way, we should provide caps to slitting machine supplier before they make the machine.

The cap mould with temper evident ring is complex than without temper evident ring cap mould.
